Head of Project Controls (2014-2015). Kandym Gas Plant development Project, CAPEX 4,5 bn/USD. Spearheaded project controls team size of 16 persons with functional roles in planning, cost control, change management, document control and procurement.  Executed and Closed FEED phase of the Project. Validated and approved PM deliverables such as Level 3 Schedule, Level 3 Cost Estimate, Front-end engineering design for major facilities/systems, LLI list of deliverables.  Negotiated EPC Contract with major Stakeholders. Established and co-led Scope change for EPC utilizing consolidated Change Management process. Project Scope was revamped by 800 mln/USD without a reduction in quality. Head of Business Support (2012-2014). Managed corporate business support function for the overseas Company assets including Project Realignment, Risk Workshops, Peer review, FID, Project Evaluation, established BP and VIP practices.  Led planning and project assurance support for ongoing Company Capital Projects during Feasibility Study and Concept project stage, Pre-Feed, Feed, and DD. Initiated project phase closure processes resulted in FID package deliverables.  Implemented Integrated Project Management System on a Corporate level with further incorporation on all Company assets. Resulted in cut operational cost by 10%. Corporate Planning Manager (2011-2012). Guided ongoing worldwide Company Assets monitoring and control by conducting coordination between 6 Project Control Teams and Corporate PMO. Resulted in fast-track Project support.

TP Polyolefin Gas Plant development Project, CAPEX 1,8 bn/USD. Project Planning and Control of two major EPC contractors Linde and Technimont within consolidated Fluor Project Controls Team.  Developed Earned Value Models for project progress management and devised cost and schedule baselines based on amended system processes, scope documents, and work breakdown structure.  Initiated risk analysis with further risk quantitative analysis and implementation of mitigation measures into risk register. Resulted in preventing major risk occurrence by 1/3.

Supervised corporate group of 12 planners, imparted in-house training on project management using Primavera 6.0 for corporate planners and project controls managers.  Invented and sustained manpower resource planning of corporate project controls staff utilizing Primavera software, helped to avoid of purchasing similar software/Sap R3 and resulted in saving the company over 1£ million.  Carried out analysis of projects trends and renovated Company Project Historical database and Benchmarking register.

Directed Planning Group in Petrofac Corporate (3 senior planning engineers in team), consulted senior management and held planning for Company ongoing projects.  Spearheaded meetings with major stakeholders on full planning maintenance of Company projects, produced monthly/weekly progress reports. Facilitated weekly project master schedule analysis with critical path determination.  Dealt with annual planning and budget input. Executed project risk analysis and collaborated on developing project planning and cost control procedures.

 Executed analysis of contract obligations and contract execution forecasted in the schedule, maintained control over project resource planning and construction progress.  Performed gap analysis between manpower/equipment forecasted requirements and up to date earned values according to work breakdown structure. Built and updated Project progress S-Curves on a weekly basis.
