● Designed the architecture of a cloud application based on a serverless Azure stack (Function app, Web App + Database, Data Factory, Storage account, Pupelines) in just 2 weeks for a corporate-sized analytical application; ● Designed and deployed 3 cloud web apps in just 2 months for a medium-sized client with > 10,000 MAU; ● Deployed and continuously developed the data aggregation pipeline of a top-3 UK retailer based on the Azure data stack (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Synapse Analytics, Databricks) and SAP ERP in just 4.5 months, enabling the implementation of a cloud-native AI business application. ● Led the development team that deployed a web-app (React - front, Java 8 app - back, JVM-based DB as DB), based on a cloud platform, integrated with Azure services for a top UK retailer, seamlessly integrating 1000+ stores with the cloud-based application to enable the calculation of forecasts and order proposals.

● Enabled the use of a Finnish private cloud retail application for the initial 1,000 locations of a consumer goods store chain within just 3 months from project start. It has involved enabling integration, aggregation and transformation on the MS SQL & Teradata stack, along with implementing CI/CD practices. ● Managed to reduce production errors by up to 70% within the first month of the retail app launch, employing an agile development and testing approach, and implementing comprehensive production deployment controls. ● Successfully launched all stores (>500) of a UK retail chain by conducting end-to- end functional and integration testing in a mere 2 weeks, promptly resolving all identified bugs within just 1 week. ● Designed and implemented a solution on a cloud-based data platform to calculate the forecasts for a major Russian retail company with over 10000 stores, stack used: MS SQL Server, JVM-based custom DB, Java application, JS as a front-end.

Bank RU. ● launched ready-to-market product with all the required automation (risk assessment, rate calculation, marketing channel) within 4 months. ● Amount of analyzed features to be used in the model exceeded 1000 and for each of them a source-to-target with relevant transformation was prepared. ● Revenue generated by the cross-sales platform has reached 800m RUB for the first year. ● Successfully designed and implemented and app using the .Net platform + java-enabled microservices. Chief Data Officer office enablement. Data platform implementation. Nov 2019 – Apr 2020. Role: Manager of data architecture and infrastructure team. ● DWH architecture changes were proposed, saving ~1 bln. Rub per year. ● Optimisation of the data office operational model was performed and changes to the org structure were implemented. ● DWH (Oracle, Teradata, BW on HANA) was optimised and 200 TB of data out of the 650 TB total were saved. Payment systems fees recalculation app development Apr 2020 – Sept 2020. Role: Manager of an IT enablement team. ● Built a solution from scratch, using the existing infrastructure and current bank architecture (technologies used include the processing system Way 4, internal systems, recalculation app); ● Designed Java-based application to recalculate the payment fees and successfully presented in to the IT board; ● Built a prototype using Java as a core, and JS as a front-end to design to prove the model and scale it as an app.
