Project Description: Prepare the vehicle engineering to build a complete vehicle in full Agile Methodology in 2022. Completed tasks: Plan the engineering trainings, applying the agile methodology in a progressive and expansible way within Renault of Brazil, considering all the areas involved, not only, but also engineering, process and trade. Redesign the organization. Put in place the first POC (proof of concept), and after to incorporate the methodology in the current projects, looking for possible squads. More than 200 people trained. Prepare and perform kick-offs meetings before the start of each Squad. To organize training to integrate and develop participants.
