● Nav+BC developer / Head of ERP development at Atlantic Group (advertising, communications, media production) in Kyiv. ● Project scope: upgrade from Nav to Business Central and develop custom functionality in accordance with advertising related business processes. ● Line of business: advertising agency (full cycle). ● Principal stakeholder: CFO and chiefs of departments. ● Key responsibility areas: management of development, design of software architecture, interaction with stakeholders. ● Development team size: 3 (2 developers + 1 analyst/QA).
