Works performed: ● Processes audit (in order to perform GAP analysis for BC capabilities regarding existing bus.-processes). ● Investigation/preparation/transfer of master + transactional data from previous ERP to BC. ● BC adjustments to ensure that the functionality matches the existing docs workflow (chart of accounts adjustment, posting groups adjustment, IC setup, financial reports, analysis views etc.). ● Extending of existing BC functionality with new features. ● Some out-of-the-box BC processes were changed. ● New documents were created (with reflection to principal ledgers capability). ● New reports/layouts. ● Extended standard payment journal with bank statement exchange feature + added functionality to apply payments to non-posted docs. ● Implemented integrations with external DWH, Telegram bot, OneDrive services. ● BC integration with company B2B portal (OpenCart) was performed (bi-directional sync). ● Exchange data plan included: item related data, inventories, orders, price plans, customers, settlement info etc. ● Some features were implemented with use of Power Automate platform. ● Built-in email capabilities were extended. ● Other features were developed and implemented.
