Migration from Teradata MPP to Greenplum for Bank

● Timeframe: 01.2021 – 02.2022 ● Role: Team Lead ● Team size: 6 ● Context: The main goal of the project was to migrate 100+ data marts, 200+ ETL process and 400+ business users from Teradata MPP to Greenplum. The drawback of Teradata was its performance and TCO. Firstly, we duplicated data marts in Greenplum laboratory and built ETL procedure between Teradata and Greenplum.
