The main goal is to create a digital transformation strategy for Rosatom State Corporation and all subsidiaries. Monetization of digital assets of companies within the scope of Rosatom State Corporation. Reporting to the Director of Digitalization. • Developed and approved a digital transformation strategy for the state corporation, a digitalization plan for 300 legal entities. • An audit was conducted, a portfolio of digital products was formed and structured, strategies for the development of key digital products were identified. Strategy for improving internal efficiency. • Created 5 product strategies for key product groups. A sales plan for digital products and services has been formed until 2024. Sales launched.
