During 10+ years in IT field I've gained an experience and knowledge in technical and managerial position. I started as an IT Support Specialist in "Education Management Information System". My duties were to configure network devices, servers and technical support. During this period I gained lots of practical and theoretical knowledge. Then I started working in government sector - "Public Service Development Agency" as an Desktop Support Specialist. After two years I was promoted as a Network Administrator. My duties were to maintain and monitoring of the "PSDA" IT Network infrastructure. Configuring and updating current network systems with new devices. Simultaneously I had projects and my roles were - IT Consultant and have done hands of configurations also. After 4 years in government sector I changed the workplace back to private sector, in JSC "Credo Bank" - one of the rapidly growing bank in Georgia and became Senior Network Administrator. In one year I became the Head of IT Infrastructure Management Unit and Main duties were to manage system, network and database administrators, prepare short and long term IT organizational and infrastructural development plan, BCP and DR Projects. After one year I was promoted as a Head of IT Operations Department where I am leading ~50 people : IT Service Management Unit, IT Support Unit, Application Administrators Unit, IT Infrastructure Unit and IT Procurement. I was a guest lecturer in International Black Sea University. I am certified PSM and PSPO from scrum.org and Certified Business Administrator.
