The have been doing testing for more than 6 years. I position myself as a full-featured QA. Have a lot of experience in manual testing and a little less automation. I know how to build a testing process from scratch. (successful work experience in 3 companies) Training and listening to employees, conducting interviews, adaptation, drawing up employee development plans. Organization of implementation and process construction. Writing and testing documentation, from a testing strategy for a year to a test case. Creating a test fleet of devices. Working with analytics and the release cycle (and after the release) I held positions from the head of the quality control department with 12 subordinates, and was one QA in a small startup. I conduct courses on manual testing, train specialists on a turnkey basis I don't have much experience only in security testing and load testing.
