I have enjoyed executive positions in educational management industry throughout my career, being responsible for strategic development, projects management, operational improvement, budget planning, team coordination and customer service. I love digging into company operations (for the sake of improvement!), setting new goals and drawing action plans. My biggest achievement in team leadership has been the ability to inspire for better results and higher milestones. And I believe that caring about people is the cornerstone of customer service. My main accomplishments have been enlargement of the scope of services rendered by the company, and transformation of the management style from being based on gut instinct to data-driven decision making. Last but not the least, I am proud of the teams I have been able to recruit and work with.
