I am a husband, father, photographer, and outdoors enthusiast. I enjoy spending time with my family hiking, cycling, walking, and camping. We've recently learned rock climbing and been on a epic trip across 5 European countries together. I also really love my work. I have been an avid technology student since very young, was one of the early adopters of the new Google search engine (yes, when everyone else was still using Altavista) and had an invite only Gmail address before it was a public service. I left school with the determination to start developing software, but discovered in my first job at an ISP that systems operations and engineering were my thing. I have worked over the last 2 decades with many different technologies in a variety of engineering, architectural, leadership, and even support roles. I love the challenge of solving new problems on a daily basis when doing this work, it is always fresh and exciting.
