Bitlica is an international company that makes and publishes a variety of applications. My goal was to develop a VPN app and device customization app (special widgets, charging screens and entertainment icons). My achievements: • Developed an VPN application on all platforms (MacOS, iPadOS, iOS). • Helped with management of a team. • Fully supported all processes from management to distribution. • Implemented cross code review to the team. • Developed applications for internal using for UI/UX designers and Testers. • Fixed and solved hard detected bugs. • Optimized FPS on the main screens from 30 to 60 fps. • Decreased a time of a releases on 70% by implementation of a processes and documentation. • Worked productively with Product Team to understand requirements and business specifications around Portfolio Management, Analytics and Risk.

B2Broker is a company using cutting-edge solutions to help brokerages and exchange firms empower their businesses. My main goal was to develop and distribute a white label mobile application solution for brokers. My achievements: • Built a team from 5 developers. • Made an environment for application distribution to the testers team based on ad-hoc distribution. • Setup Git Environment including CI/CD and organized system of cooperation with another developers. • Wrote instructions and documentation for the team. • Successfully distributed more than 15 applications to our clients. • Made an full automatic cycle of design -> management -> developing -> distribution -> release. • Wrote scripts for automatic distribution to the app store. • Communicated with an App Store team. • Made and released application without any bugs to the app store. • Mentored and raised a middle developer from a junior. • Implemented cross code review to the team.
