Digital Transformation of Huge FMCG Retailer
● Scaled Digital Transformation from pilot to wide area. Built a team-forming process and launched more than 30 dev teams. ● Established processes for technical excellence practices implementation (QA, CI/CD, etc.) for the new teams. ● Created a roadmap for product teams to increase the level of awareness and self-organization of the teams. ● Implemented a diagnostic procedure. Conducted diagnostics for 16 teams. ● Launched the Methodologists School for in-house change agents. It’s an internal training system. The school has been allowed to hire and train in-house change agents. As a result, the company has increased the number of methodologists from 2 to 24 in the next six months. ● Developed and launched a unified productivity metrics system. This system is a tool for the aggregation and analysis of key indicators.
