Automated “KHL Games Scheduling System” on SAP platform

The main goals of the new system are: ● Creation of several versions of the KHL games schedule for the coming season. ● Consideration / analysis of more than 40 parameters while making matches schedule. ● Significant reduction of the time spent on scheduling process in comparison with manual work. ● Optimization of logistics/ traveling routs for the hockey clubs. I was the main owner of the project and executed following tasks: ● Made a contract for the development and implementation of the automated system including design of Technical requirement. ● Controlled and accepted subcontractor’s works on regular basis. ● Tested new versions and updates of the system, invented improvements. The development process of the main part of the system took 2 years.

Implementation of ERP system - SLS

1. Meat products production factory in Moscow implemented ERP system to manage its warehouse operations. I was responsible for: ● Creating Technical requirement for the system. ● Management of the implementation process on the administrative role (system admin). 2. Another project on the factory was implementations of transport management system on the basis of 1C system – optimization of the own trucks park logistics. ● I had the same role and tasks.

Implementation of SAP ERP system

The project in the company "Gala-Form," engaged in the supply of petroleum products, provided for the implementation of the product mySAP-All-in-One. ● The following functions were installed: materials management and sales, payment control and execution, accounting for goods and customs duties, declarations of excise taxes and monitoring of financial results. ● I was a member of the core group of company’s staff who was responsible for communication with contractor’s specialists during the whole process of the system implementation. ● I was testing the new system and was one of the first permanent users in the company.

Achievements: ● Reduced number of claims to the KHL Calendar from interested parties to almost zero. ● Specified Technical requirements and controlled development and implementation of the automated “KHL Games Scheduling System” on SAP platform that permits to save up to 70% of time used for creation of KHL Calendar manually. ● Draw up a project plan template with control points and discipline owners (over 150 tasks), which is used in the League for preparation and organization for various project activities.
