- Built and shipped a production product: landing page + CRM for lead intake and processing (statuses, ownership, reports) with a dedicated AI module (inquiry summary, reply draft, classification, duplicate detection). - Three pricing tiers for implementation, plus ongoing support subscriptions (Care Mini — basic technical monitoring; Care Start — regular support for businesses with active request flow; Care Business — regular improvements as processes evolve). - AI module doesn't replace a human manager — helps quickly understand incoming requests, draft response outlines, suggest next steps, and flag duplicates. Full cycle: from architecture to launch and ongoing maintenance.

- Designed and implemented an AI-assisted decision logic for evaluating product hypotheses: sourcing -> market -> unit economics -> logistics -> risk -> QC -> decision. - Automated per-deal unit economics calculation (purchase cost, exchange rate, logistics, fees, taxes, risk reserve, margin) via an AI-assisted workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering). - Cut per-deal calculation time from ~2 hours to ~30 minutes. - Designed the internal CRM logic (product cards, statuses, suppliers, checkpoints, risks). FF-TS-Fulfillment-Calculator
