Katerina Kashtan

Specialization: Marketing, communications
HAVING RECEIVED A VERSATILE EDUCATION FROM SEVERAL EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES, AND RAISED IN A TRADITIONAL FAMILY OF INTELLECTUALS WITH PROFOUND CULTURAL ROOTS, I HAVE BECOME A VERITABLE CITIZEN OF THE POSTMODERN WORLD. With a diverse professional experience, my sole objective is to cultivate innovative ideas that can change the world. My professional experience is split into corporate and entrepreneurship. On the corporate side I have reached the position of “Marlboro” brand manager at Philip Morris Sales and Marketing in Russia, where two massive cross country art and musical festivals took place as a result. A few years ago, I founded my own company “KSHtN”. The concept is to research the influence of art to a personality and to take this knowledge to the next level: mental health, soft skills development, emotional intelligence – these are all fundamental points for building the human centric world around us. “KSHTN” provides visionary new ways for creating important fine art moments in unexpected places with a focus on art history and creating lasting value. I work with my own network of creative industry professionals around the world, developing ideas for modern visioned projects combining creative fields and managing their implementation. I have three degrees and core certificates for brand management and marketing as well as MBI from Singularity University. I am fluent in four languages and continue on a permanent self development path.
