I’ve been working in the IT market for over 25 years, always engaged in the development of application systems - of different classes (electronic document management, business process management, as well as integration and information-analytical, portal). Subject areas (domains) were different, mainly related to the activities of federal executive authorities (real estate, payment systems in the Central Bank, organization of elections by the Central Election Commission of Russia) and large organizations (Transneft, Gazprombank, Aeroflot, FSUE State ATM Corporation, Rosavtodor). Usually projects lasted about a year, some were prepared for about a year. Development was often offered by the Customer. I had roles in projects: project manager, business analyst on various positions, there was business development also. I combined these roles in simple projects. I was responsible at most for the work of about 10 people in the staff and at the same time led about 5 significant external contacts. I worked as agent of Information Builders Corporation (USA) in the Russian Federation for several years. I really know object-oriented analysis and design well and for a long time, prefer modeling languages ​​UML, BPMN and free graphics Visio. I impressed by the Domain Driven Design approach. It allows you to build an applied system directly on the basis of the interacting objects of the "real" world. The system becomes logical (virtual) reflection of the real world. This allows to develop the system in a natural and economical way as new knowledge about objects in the "real" world is acquired or, if necessary, to expand the system to reflect new relationships and objects from the "real" world. The critical point here is the quality of the construction of the (primary) object-oriented model of the application domain. I understand system architecture and technology well, have extensive experience in the development of documents specific to the IT field (according to Russian GOST or not). Once passed special training in the BI realm at the SAS Institute, another time – at Business Objects. It’s happened that directly participate in organization and developing partnerships and work with Western vendors closely (Documentum, SAS Institute, Information Builders / iWay Software). I’m still interested in new things in IT and would still like to make a system based on new technologies / participate in such process. I think the strong side, besides real experience in completely different projects, is that I like to make a system "from scratch", when there is really nothing (except trust) and it is necessary to go from this point to the system that is needed and they want to buy it. Therefore, I often worked as a business analyst. Realistically quickly get up. Always focused on results.
