I’m an experienced software developer with more than 20 years of practice. I started as C++ developer, continued as C# developer and recently I worked as CTO in software startup projects. My typical job is requirements specification, architecture design, hiring, coding and testing at the beginning while the rest of the team is being hired. Then as the team grows my duties move to building and maintaining development workflow and providing product of high quality. I’m also familiar Java (including Android), PHP, Python and Rust, but I have less experience. My strength is building new software from the ground up, maintaining the development workflow according to business needs. Although my recent experience is more related to development management I wouldn’t mind writing code, designing architecture or creating requirements.
