Pursuing my lifetime passion for design and psychology of perception, I have found myself in the field of UX proven by the Google UX Design Professional Certificate. Earlier in my career, I have been working as a project manager (PM) who was promoted to a prestigious General Electric IT Leadership Program, focused on delivering a wide variety of digital products and marketing experiences, such as building internal portals. I am passionate about searching for strategies and coming up with creative ideas to solve complex problems and drive innovation. As a communicative person with strong organizational skills, I love turning the cacophony of user needs into a symphony. Being a biomedical engineer by education, I can bring invaluable experience at the junction of tech, business, and human sciences, using my strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Designed and implemented first in the region communication portal for 2K employees, including vendor evaluation, business analysis and managing technical team in France and cross-functional business teams. My roles: ideation, prototyping, wireframing, developer hand-off, remote developer team management, stakeholder management, strategy development, PR and internal ad strategy (to promote the portal usage among employees).
