● Gather and document stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear tasks for design and development teams. ● Prepare and maintain project documentation, schemas, integration-related materials, and end-user instructions. ● Support multiple parallel initiatives through requirements clarification, coordination, and delivery support. ● Conduct gap analysis to identify system and process changes required for GDPR compliance. ● Coordinate with third-party vendors and support integrations with external providers, including banks and telephony services. ● Perform vendor analysis and comparison to support business decision-making. ● Execute acceptance, functional, regression, and UI testing against documented requirements.

● Create and maintain business analysis artefacts, including feature vision, story maps, user stories, use cases, flows, and implementation tasks. ● Develop wireframes and diagrams in Miro to improve shared understanding of requirements and workflows. ● Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, QA, designers, and business analysts throughout the delivery lifecycle. ● Participate in brainstorming and technical discussions to align business needs with feasible product solutions. ● Support user acceptance testing to verify that implemented features matched documented requirements. ● Review documentation and BA tasks to improve artefact quality and consistency across the team. ● Introduce requirement verification checklists and cross-review practices that improved BA team processes.
