July 2018 – March 2025 - Moscow (Financial sector, leading leasing company in Russia and CIS) ● Led the development and implementation of integration solutions between internal and external systems, including projects with credit bureaus (NBKI) and CRM, using RabbitMQ, Kafka, ESB, HTTP/JSON, XML, XDTO. ● Participated in the project for implementing electronic digital signatures (EDS) for electronic document management. ● Developed and maintained web services (SOAP, REST), optimized their performance and interaction with external APIs. ● Optimized 1C performance and SQL queries when working with large volumes of data; introduced caching mechanisms, improved data structures and formats to speed up data exchange. ● Managed the full development cycle — from business requirements analysis and architecture design to deployment and production support. ● Designed and implemented a library of universal integration mechanisms, ensuring standardized data exchange between distributed systems and reducing development effort for new integrations. ● Led a team of 2–3 developers in the project integrating with the National Credit History Bureau (NBKI). ● Mentored junior developers: conducted code reviews, training sessions, and controlled code quality. ● Worked with standard 1C solutions (Accounting, Document Management, etc.), with deep expertise in system architecture and support.
