 Provide infrastructure and end-user on-site support to a diverse array of clients with a focus on financial, manufacturing and information institutions  Provide cloud solutions, support, and administration in Azure, including Microsoft 365 products  Data center support tasks such as auditing and commissioning/decommissioning  Provide remote support and administration to client requests and issues  Carry out on-site support solutions and troubleshooting to issues clients experience  Provide end-user support for migrations, such as domain migrations  Research and implement third party solutions tailored to client needs
