● Drove end-to-end delivery of GPT-5 integration and AI-powered experiences including intelligent suggestions, Context Pills, Turn-N Suggestions, Zero Prompt, and reasoning visualization, coordinating across backend, product, and design teams.
● Advanced Concise Streaming V2 and delivered the Flux V3 streaming pipeline, supporting protocol parsing, incremental response rendering, structured patches, source attribution, state and progress management, history restoration, cancellation, and failure recovery.
● Developed GenUI capabilities using Server-Driven UI architecture, including schema-driven component rendering and action handling, and built multimodal infrastructure supporting Intune-compliant cloud files, local uploads, image generation, and sharing.
● Architected a plugin-based contribution framework for Microsoft Teams, decoupling feature development from the messaging UI through independent registration, dependency injection, lifecycle management, and extensible actions.
● Built a Kotlin Coroutines-based messaging event pipeline across multiple synchronization formats, covering normalization, deduplication, persistence, policy filtering, UI state management, and dispatching; also delivered contextual text, meeting, file, and acronym actions with authenticated services, asynchronous prefetching, and resilient error handling.
● Used A/B testing, production telemetry, and phased rollouts to achieve double-digit improvements in Suggestion CTR and median and tail latency, while strengthening release quality through unit testing, Paparazzi visual regression testing, static analysis, and CI quality gates.
