= As a Development Manager (April 2019- Present) I’ve managed 4 teams which were developing 4 products according TMForum specification and used in different solutions for different telecom operators. Every team includes technical lead, system analysts, sometimes system architect, developers, QA engineers. I was responsible for a quarter planning synchronized with other teams engaged into complex feature development. For some features, as a project manager, I took responsibility for driving feature development, complex testing and quality control of the solution’s QA team.
