+ Responsible for NIST / ISO 27001 (CISO) implementation on region (10 countries). Adopting global policies on country level, implement procedures and etc. As PM: - Performed GAP analyses based on NIST framework for all legal entities in the region, develop plan and roadmap to bring each control to the state required to meet NIST requirements. 4 levels of maturity/compliance was set up - 0% - 25% -50% - 75% - 100%. For compliance, each control had to be 75% or higher. All controls were divided into 3 areas of responsibility of IT, Legal&Compliance and HR. Together with colleagues from Legal&Compliance and HR, we were preparing and adopting corporate policies and processes to meet the requirements of local legislation. As a Team member: - Implemented and deployed technical tools such as – Cybereason XDR last generation solution, Bitsight - external monitoring service for network and information resources. In terms of training and awareness – created trainings and tests based on the web-platform KnowBe4 (training system and phishing service). Also, as a member of the information security response team participated in resolving information security incidents together with McAfee experts, and conducted pen-testing of the company's web services together with Kaspersky experts.
