Main responsibilities: • Lead teams of onsite and offshore engineers to deliver high quality support services for mission critical systems for Microsoft corporate customers in Central and Eastern Europe. • Provide service delivery management of Microsoft technical support services for major customers from financial sector and telco. • Work with customers’ CIOs and other top IT management persons to improve customer IT operational health in assigned accounts. • Advise CIO and customer technical and business decision makers regarding implementation of various Microsoft technologies that could drive business growth and accelerate performance improvements. • Maintain Service Delivery Plans that capture situation and analysis for IT Health improvement – also used by sales opportunities and contract renewal.

Main responsibilities: • Management of the process of initiation and implementation of the digital transformation programme of projects, including: o Collection and analyzing customer requirements. o Support customer to translate business objectives into solution. o Development of business value proposition and project estimation. o Creation of SOWs and program work orders. o Selection and mobilization of development teams, external suppliers and technological solutions. o Preparation of delivery plan. o Management of project budget discipline. o Support delivery daily/weekly activities (daily standup, sprint reviews and retrospectives). o Monitoring and management of delivery in terms of achieved goals, KPIs’, speed of adoption of new processes and IT products; ensuring proper risk and change management as part of the digital transformation program. • Lead team of architects, consultants, data scientists, business analysts and external vendors to develop Microsoft value proposition design and deliver solution to address customer needs. • Responsible for high quality of delivery and proper financial consumption (consulting build revenue) of sold engagements via appropriate delivery team management. • Accountable of successful delivery of mission critical projects in the following areas: Business intelligence and Data visualization (Power BI), Data Warehouse implementation in cloud infrastructure, IOT, Cloud Data Platform implementation, Artificial intelligence including Machine learning, Computer Vision, Image and Voice analytics, Mixed reality.
