● Developed the concept of Software Defined Networking (SDN) architecture PJSC Rostelecom in the part of T-SDN for DWDM backbone network. ● Developed the technical development strategy of DWDM backbone network and DWDM regional network. ● Developed the unified technical policy for construction of DWDM regional network for all Macroregional Divisions in the structure of Rostelecom. ● Developed the testing program for DWDM regional network hardware. ● Run the test of the following hardware: Huawei OSN 9800, Alcatel-Lucent 1830 PSS, Transmode TM3000, Iritel OTP10G, T8 Volga. ● Research of prospective trends in telecom field. Analysis and study of possible application of prospective technologies and new approaches to construction of PJSC Rostelecom network infrastructure, considering total ownership costs of the proposed technologies and approaches. ● Interaction with hardware and software producers and vendors, participation in dedicated conferences and technological communities. ● Correspondence proving of applied technical solutions to backbone network and regional network according to the developed technical policies. ● Compliance control of tender competitive performance objectives to technical strategies / policies. ● Compliance control of tender draft proposals of vendors to the performance objective, technical policies and requirements. ● Expert analysis of the target development program of backbone network and regional network to be compatible with technical strategies / policies. ● Compliance testing of hardware to the technical requirements.

● New cloud data center design and commissioning. ● Starting from gathering information about services provided to existing and future customers and development of architecture for business requirements to implementation into production and subsequent support of the developed infrastructure. ● The network is built on the Leaf-Spine architecture on Juniper QFX and Mellanox SN equipment for the Underlay network, implemented on BGP Unnumbered for a dual stack (IPv4/IPv6) and Host-based Overlay on the Microsoft Network Controller (SDN), for the storage network, the SDS Microsoft Storage Space Direct (S2D) solution with RDMA support with RoCEv2 QoS was used. ● This allowed the company to enter new markets for the provision of cloud services and provide its customers with new services and gain new clients. ● Gathering business requirements for cloud services. ● Developed the solution infrastructure architecture. ● Prepared the HLD (Architecture and description of the solution) and LLD (L1/L2/L3 diagrams, Inclusion diagrams, equipment placement, cable magazine). ● Developed Method of Procedure and Acceptance Test Procedure. ● Solution testing and commissioning. ● Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
