Main projects: • Project office (40+ projects in portfolio): formalized methodology for documenting projects in the company; formed a team of 4 PMs; developed a Kanban board (Jira) to collect business demand, control project terms, phases, and PM workload. • Financial systems: implementation of a group payroll system (1C), financial system unification project (SAP ERP), EDI system (Diadoc), several small projects (VAT 20%, digital traceability etc.). • Logistics: labelling of shoes and clothes according to Russian legislation. • Collaboration tools: migration to the Microsoft Office 365. • Information Security: value assessment and prioritization of IT risks, implementation of the IT security controls, development of two local policies. • Successfully coordinated 4 annual IT audits.

Managed: commercial operations and user services teams (16 FTEs in total) Roles: • Informatics business partner for GM and CIS country managers; • Project portfolio manager; • Service manager for Roche affiliates: pharmaceutical, clinical trials, diagnostics and diabetes care (since 2016). Main projects: • CRM: the first in EEMEA region migrated commercial CRM to Salesforce platform (240 end users). In the next four years Russia was always in the front line to implement new CRM modules and releases. • BI: elaborated and implemented the EEMEA BI strategy (400 users) for two years. Implemented tools that allowed maintenance of local data in the regional data warehouse, harmonized regional report structure. • Digital: supervised preparation and implementation of digital marketing solutions for Russian affiliate that included HCP portal (Adobe), email campaign solution, eDetailing systems for tablets (proprietary and Agnitio). • SAP ERP: led the development of logistic solution to track medicine batches trough the supply chain and meet legal and company quality management requirements. • eWorkflow: led the electronic workflow platform choice and implementation, 5 processes were automated. • Outsourced IT service desk for Russian affiliates, the service desk performance increased while the cost went down by 18%. • Collaboration tools: supervised migration of app. 900 users from MS Exchange to Google suite (gMail, gCalendar, gDrive, Hangout). • Office move: led all IT-related activities during office reconstruction and move, all IT systems and services were running without interruption. • Personal data protection: managed adaptation of business processes and enterprise systems to become compliant with Russian personal data protection laws (152-FZ, 242-FZ). A pragmatic approach allowed setting up compliant solutions at low cost.

Managed: three IT teams, master data management team, multinational ERP project team (up to 50 employees and consultants in total) Roles: • SAP ERP project manager for group of companies; • Internal Control System compliance officer; • Business Relationship Manager of regional IT Shared Service Centre. Main projects: • SAP ERP was simultaneously implemented in three legal entities, 350 users. The total project budget was EUR 2.5 million. Modules: FI, CO, CO-PA, PP, MM, SD, PS, IM, HR PA/OM. All modules went live successfully on time. • eWorkflow: led development of electronic workflows, 9 workflows went live. • Supported business shared service center preparation by implementation of document scanning and recognition solution, document approval through SAP ERP electronic workflows. • BI: created a central data warehouse and management reports. • Led server virtualization project. The HW maintenance cost had been reduced while server productivity increased.

Managed: internal SAP ERP consultant team, business application specialists, IT infrastructure and service desk team (13 employees in total) Roles: • Project management officer; • Project manager for several business projects. Main projects: • Sales: organized direct sales to two retail chains in Moscow; coordinated the first direct sales contract and goods delivery to Kazakhstan. • Logistics: transformation of storage and picking strategies in the central warehouse (13500 storage locations), integration of wireless bar code scanners with SAP ERP; as the result the central warehouse was able to deliver mixed pallets; opened five regional warehouses • Production: managed workgroup that defined the product lifecycle and related business processes (e.g. master data management). • SAP ERP go-live and further system development, modules FI, CO, MM, SD, WM and BW; designed a fault-tolerant HW cluster for SAP ERP. • BI: elaborated a data warehouse, ETL processes and key reports.
