I have about 15 years in total of experience as Product Manager, Product Visionary/Product Owner in the fintech, automotive areas, plus, as a founder of customer experience studio I’ve been designing and performing the Customer Experience research for online retail and e-grocery areas. I'm interested in the CPO, Senior Product manager/owner position. Please find below the information about my experience. I’ve been living in Porto city, Portugal since 2019, and have the status of highly qualified specialist. At the moment I'm open to join the project, working remotely. In any projects I was involved to all the stages such as ideation, concept, MVP creation, testing the product on one group/country, rollout, supporting of the customers and departments involved, tracking the analytics about the product usage, adapting and updating the product, and..all the steps again for the product’s evolution. Along the years I was always working at the intersection of few areas: (1) customer experience research and human centric approach: understanding the customers’ needs, market research and competitors’ analysis, CJM audit, creation of the product/service concept, after delivery of the product - permanent tracking the analytics and customer feedback to understand the further improvements and potential influence to the business model. (2) IT: writing of the requirements, creation the backlog, owning and keeping it up to date, leading the multifunctional team/SCRUM team to develop product, using the different IT-technologies, frameworks and ways of working, working closely with all team members/different teams in the projects - from UX/UI concept creation, figuring out the best architecture solution, investigations performing during the development process, creation of the good connection with another teams we are working/depending on to keep track and sync about our developments that we have in common, final tests and validation, to collection the feedback from the users and bringing ideas for the product improvement back to the team and make new decisions based on the analytics). (3) business: P&L of product creation and update, roll out, scaling product/services to the new markets. (4) re-engineering companies’ internal processes incl. the methodology, legal, adaptation of the company's organizational structure etc. During my career I was responsible for both the initiation of the projects and products from scratch as well as for projects’ continuation that were aimed to improve the current products. I’m always driven by the idea to deliver the best product that matches the customers’ expectations and at the same time - bringing profit to the company. I believe that there is always the opportunity for improvement and bringing more efficiency.
