Responsibilities:
● Collaborating with internal / external stakeholders to understand and consult on their business requirements, specifically regarding expenses and business trips data in the SAP Concur database. Preparing tailored reports and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
● Developing KPIs reports / logic for internal EPAM departments.
● Creating automated reports (sending data to other EPAM teams and individual notifications as well) in IBM Cognos 11 and supporting already created ones.
● Designing and developing conceptual and logical data models to ensure efficient data organization and facilitate the creation of comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
● Developing / updating internal guides / instructions on the processes / SAP Concur database structure via Confluence.
Achievements:
● Developed 5 KPI reports, including analysis of reports sent back for correction and the most popular reason, as well as statistics on mobile app usage and corporate card distribution (acting both as developer and liaison between stakeholders and development team).
● Participated in at least 3 projects related to building reports sending individual notifications to employees of the company (developing logic, form, design of the notifications and etc.).
● Succeeded in learning the structure and interrelations of Concur’s database modules, enabling the creation of reports of any complexity. Became a local expert in the Concur database, sharing knowledge and training teammates.
● During communication with stakeholders helped to solve such issues as: discrepancies between Concur reports and data from other sources (like SAP, 1C or internal HR systems); preparing special reports to fulfill datalake prepared by other EPAM department; explaining possibility / impossibility of extracting data from Concur database requested by interested party and etc.
