Leadership of the fullstack development team (7 people) — Laravel/Vue.js . Carried out the decomposition, evaluation and control of the tasks. Built the work of the team using flexible methodologies. Hired new developers to the team. Projects: Transportation cost calculation service - accepted the project of the previous developer, carried out refactoring, developed a new version (with a new calculation algorithm). Counterparty Scoring - developed and implemented an internal service for checking counterparties, drivers and transport. Fuel Program - led the development of the fuel card integration service.

IT Director I joined the project at the start, even before it was put into combat operation. I launched the main website of the project and a mobile application, which allowed me to reach payback in 2.5 months. I personally hired the first part of the development team and built the development process using flexible methodologies. There were 17 subordinates: Ruby on Rails/Vue.js — 10 people (2 teams) Mobile (Android) — 2 people 1C — 2 people QA — 2 people UI/UX — 1 person Built a continuous integration process (CI/CD) using GitLab pipelines. Built a product process: collecting and working out requirements from the business, maintaining a development roadmap, preparing a description of releases and collecting feedback from users. Launched key integrations with internal and external systems: 1C, Zendesk, amoCRM, Rosneft, mobile gas station, omnicomm, etc. I built a system for the development and implementation of projects for the management of electronic queues, as well as a system for the shipment of finished products at enterprises producing crushed stone.
