They ensure designs comply with specifications, write well-designed, efficient code, and prepare and produce software component releases. They also troubleshoot and resolve software defects and provide technical support for production systems. They work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts, often employing Agile methodologies and tools. They continuously improve their skills, staying updated with emerging Java technologies.
