A developer who creates eBooks is responsible for the entire process of developing an eBook, from start to finish. This includes everything from planning and designing the book's layout, to writing the code that will make it interactive, to testing it on various devices to ensure compatibility. In some cases, a developer may also be responsible for marketing the eBook once it is finished.
