A Data Science Developer designs, develops and implements systems and software that manage and analyze data. They collect, clean, and validate large datasets, then apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and other data science techniques to extract insights. They build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate and extract data to supply tailored reports to colleagues, customers or the wider organization. They also use data visualization tools to present data in an understandable format. They work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can be used to achieve those goals.
