A BIRT developer is responsible for the design and implementation of Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) applications. They work with customers to understand their reporting needs and then design, develop, test and deploy BIRT solutions that meet those needs. In addition to their technical skills, BIRT developers must also have strong communication and customer service skills in order to effectively collaborate with customers and other team members.
