We are seeking an experienced IBM Tririga Developer to join our team for projects related to real estate, facility management, and enterprise asset optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing IBM Tririga applications while ensuring seamless integration with business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize IBM Tririga solutions based on business requirements.
  • Perform data modeling, workflow automation, and business process integration within the Tririga platform.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers to implement Tririga modules.
  • Optimize Tririga Web Services (TWS), APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within the Tririga application.
  • Ensure compliance with security and performance best practices.
  • Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide post-deployment support.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Tririga (development & configuration).
  • Strong understanding of Tririga modules (Lease Management, Space Management, Capital Projects, Facilities Maintenance).
  • Experience in Tririga Application Platform (TAP), BIRT reports, and integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, ETL).
  • Familiarity with data migration (IMPORT/EXPORT tools) and Tririga Admin Console.
  • Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and working within CI/CD environments.
  • Preferred: IBM Tririga certifications (Developer/Administrator) or relevant training.
  • Bonus: Background in real estate, facility management (IWMS), or ERP systems.
