CTO / Banking IT Consultant

A banking company with a 30-year history of successful operation in the Kyrgyz market is seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of internal banking systems for a CTO position.

Requirements:

More than 9 years of experience as a CTO or equivalent consulting experience with banking systems.

• Ability to understand the existing infrastructure, understand its operation, evaluate its effectiveness, and propose improvements.
• Experience with internal banking systems (core banking systems, internal control systems, payment and clearing systems, etc.)
• Experience co-developing technical documentation and technical specifications for a development team.
• Ability to understand banking processes within tight deadlines is required.
• Ability to work with existing systems.
• Assistance in making informed decisions regarding the development of the bank's IT infrastructure.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Systems consulting.
• Module analysis.
• Preparing high-level overviews and formulating technical specifications.
• Subsequently: Collaboration will be required to develop new modules and create technical documentation for programming.
